I have a stiff left shoulder and constant mild pain in the neck,shoulder and head. Started with sleeping in a wrong position a week ago.

Hello! I have been experiencing shooting pain in my neck which has moved now to my back. I feel tingling sensation in my hands, neck and back. I have been experiencing this since last one month. The x-ray showed loss of lordosis.

L4-L5 central, left paracentral and left lateral, recurrent extruded disc with a DEBIT (Disc extension beyond interspace) of 4-5 mm with foraminal extension impinging on to the thecal sac, traversing and exiting nerve roots on left.  Mild degree facet joint synovial inflammatory disease at L3-L4 & L4-L5 with joint fluid.  Significant foraminal and lateral impingement of the left lumbosacral trunk and L4-L5 exiting root on left by the extruded disc at L4-L5.
