Toe,ankle & foot injury
I steeped my foot wrongly and a popping sound came during fall time. I contacted a orthopaedic (far away from my place) , He check x-ray, nothing was fracture but foot was swelling a lot around (3rd-4th)metatarsal. he gave chymoflam, INDCLAV 625 & SU-MAG.
now swelling is gone but movement of toe is some what restricted. whenever i tried to go office, tightness & redness of those area appears. swelling goes 3 days a ago.
Here very few doc is available and No physiotherapist. so i go for delhi? or visit same doctor (50km away from my location) or should i take rest more? Or any advice? I fall 19 days ago. and contacted doctor 10 days ago
