Looks like ingrowing toe nail with infection . Take Amoxiclav 625 for 3 days With pan 40 and Zerodol SP Once the infection settles, ingrowing toe nail excision to be done.

Rule out cause of inflammation is very important

Do Lab Test, CBC, ESR , CRP, Uric Acid test X-ray scan foot

Ice fomentation Limb Elevation with one Pillow while Sleeping Any Kind of Painkiller (Enzoflam)
