I have pain in upper back right side and I suspect that the pain is a result of lifting in the gym. Pain is persistant for 4 days now. How do I mitigate the pain.

Get an X-ray of DL spine
In the meantime take a skeletal muscle relaxant like Mobizox twice a day
Since you’re gymming, get your Vit D and Vit B12 checked too
