Bone & Muscle problems

Due to an accident the femur bone of the patient is damaged just above the knee. Then during the operation the doctors puts a plate to support it. After two months the plate gets loosened . Then what should the patient do at this situation ? I have also posted the X-Ray . The first of one is just after the operation. The second one is of yesterday's. Thank you plz help

Dear Sir/Mam, I'm facing Lower back pain and Left Leg Pain from past 2 weeks. Pain is not too much, but it is moderate and I can feel it. So, I took X-ray and the report shows " Mild marginal sclerosis in bilateral sacroiliac joints ". Kindly check and suggest how to manage the pain and get rid of it. 15 days back fall down from scooter MRI report as Full ACL tear. But I am doing my day to day work and pain is very less please suggest wether i need surgery ..?

My mother (patient) is having minor knee joint pain and is not able to walk comfortably. Doctors have prescribed synvisc-one injection which was applied 3-4 weeks back. Doctors have also recommended sufficient rest from daily work schedule at home. She is still not able to walk freely all the time and having intermittent pain at times near knee joint.
