  4. Gap in spine. Take care for whole life?

She is having gap in spine, can it be recovered? Doctor advised not to bend and told basic excercise. Will it be recovered permanently or she has to take care for whole life?

By saying gap did the doctor mean spondylolisthesis? That could either be from birth or later.. but should look clinically if she has instability related pain
