Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doctors, I need an opinion on the below case. As per the MRI reports attached, i got my ACL Ligament tear to 3rd proximal level. Firstly my doctor suggested to have a surgery done and gave 15 days medicine. After 15 days when i revisited the doctor and told that the swelling n pain was decreased as i was having physiotherapy and medicine dose. He suggested to take medicine n physiotherapy for 1 more month and monitor. Can the ACL Ligament complete tear 3rd proximal level be treated without surgery. If yes how many months are needed to recover and what precautions needed to be taken ?

Please give me sujjesion for this problem in Hindi or Gujarati langauge, beacause very pain in cross my legs

Hello I am having back and neck pain , sometimes, after workout or heavy whegite lifting, and but however  it also cure after some yoga or excesice , but please suggest me some multi vitamins , related to backpain and overall stamina

Almost two months back I stared having pain in my toes that later spread to my fingers. Resulting in swelling in my feet and side of my palm. Medications cured it for a while but two weeks later the symptoms came back even worse. All my toes on both feet became swollen and are still swollen currently. So is the side of my palm which makes functioning of the hand difficult sometimes. The pain in the fingers and toes varies in no particular order. I got tested for RF, Anti ccp, ANA which all came back negative. My CRP was at 1.2mg/dl and Uric acid 3.7 Is it still a kind of arthritis? What can be done to ease the swelling. It just doesn't seem to go away.

Which pain killer can I use to reduce pain in my thumb nail of left toe. I am sensing an hairline fracture as there is a bit of swelling along with pain & I am not able to bend the thumb upwards.
