My lower back hurts. I thought its a muscle pull and took rest for few days and applied some pain relief locations/gels and also applied heated handsplasts. Still the pain is very much persistent.

Take some muscle relaxants tab and one antiinflammatory for 5 days.. if it still persists then consult a orthopaedics near you
