Just slipping of discs do not necessarily mean they are required to be managed. Treatment based on symptoms and problems. Lifestyle changes and few medication can give u relief

Aim of treatment is to prevent the disc bulge from increasing and to give you good pain relief. It is possible with medication, physiotherapy and lifestyle and posture management. So don't worry! Meet with an orthopedic doctor and take proper treatment.
