Seems like a muscle pull. Take common muscles relaxants and apply pain gel. U can apply hot water bag if feeling stiff. If no relief in 3-4 days visit hospital

Take Otc pain medications and use hot packs. Do spine stretching exercises and strengthen your core. If the pain still persists meet with an orthopaedic doctor to find out the cause and treat it
