Yes RA has got its exacerbation sand remission s depending on your RA status. Speak to your rheumatologist for pain and disease management whether you have to climb up the ladder for medications or plateaus it

RA factor negative doesn’t mean disease is absent. It’s an autoimmune process and positivity keeps changing. Mental or physical stress also determines disease activity. You may do anti CCP Ab test to further confirm. ESR & CRP will help to monitor the prognosis. Please continue medication as advised
