RA neg & Vit D2D3 defeciency
Hi I have pain in the deltoid and ulnar muscles disturbing my sleep.. 4th and 5th finger on the hand has numbness while I wake. I consulted ortho, he suggested that I take the RA factor and vitamin D test. RA factor is negative But vitamin D2, D3 is deficient at 12.9ng/mL Pls suggest ways to improve my vit level I have shoulder pain with inflammation and night sleep is disturbed .. Whether vit d2, d3 is independent of rheumatoid arthritis or vit D deficiency will lead to rheumatoid arthritis

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. hello, complaints of tingling and numbness are suggestive more of a foraminal stenosis at cervical spine level or along pathways of nerve course. Yes, Patients with Rheumatism have higher incidence of joint pain and nerve related problems, vitamin deficiency is not directly related but contributing factor
Next Steps
Consult Orthopedic For Correction Of Vitamin Deficiencies. For Night sleep disturbance also need to get clinical examination.

Vitamin d is independent Your comolaints are related to ulner nerve compression Vitamin d correction will not help much for numbness

Get vitamin b12 levels tested You require examination for ulnar nerve and if needed require to get NCV, EMG OF UPPERLIMB VITAMIN D DEFECIENCY - TAKE UPRISE D3 ONCE A WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS.its not related to RA
