Meniscus tear / discomfort in knee
I have problem in my right knee not pain but discomfort like sometimes popping and locking like sensation I have taken vitamin d 4 tablets once a week and for some months the discomfort is not there but again it re appeared and felt little holding kind of sensation when folding leg.Finally I went to second opinion Doctor twisted knee and checked told might be meniscus tear, keyhole surgery maybe require  i'm worried I don't want those Is there a way to treat with tablets or physiotherapy(he mentioned so) my weight is 55 and I'm 5'3 I usually walk a lot I dont play sports as well.Thinking to start exercise but keeping this thing in my mind I'm unable. Months back  I saw a famous hospital hoarding showing keyhole surgery for knee I just thought my situation is also going to be like this and just happened it was like I have to prepare for worst. Kindly help

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However  I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  no pillow under the head. --.
