I hit my hand on the door
With closed fist... So after I hitted since then my little finger shows some swelling but it is movable within low range and pain on the joint but no sound of cracks. So do I have a fracture ? Can you please help.

This usually leads to a boxer’s fracture of the knuckle. From your pics it looks like it’s not a simple injury. Xray is imperative
