I am suffering with orthrities I took 5 years ago Ayurvedam I am suffering once again So much pain on my both legs & hands and joints at elbows and fingers, knees, thighs slso Walking is so difficulty Digestive problem but taken full food Pain comes often suddenly Bumps in joints in reddish color I feel many times i have fever I have also weakness

Got report and found deficiency of Vitamin D. It's 10.96 mg/ ml . Please suggest how to deal with it. She is having severe backache more often.

During  sneezing there is  an intense pain below the right rib for 2 to 3 minutes..pain differs at times it is moderate and sometimes it is little severe

My mother is 59 years old, she is suffering from immense knee pain since so long. It's increasing day by day. We visited so many doctors. They give medicines and my mother takes those and feels good till the dose ends but then again she suffers from such terrible knee pain. Presently a doctor said she has OA in both knees. We are so tensed about such situation.. kindly help.
