I have vitamin d low can ... 14% I don't like to eat tablet... Plz advise some healthy tips to get vitamin d natural plz...

I am unable to get up in morning, my legs and hand pain feel fatigue 20 days back I went to doctor and after blood test RA ( Rheumatoid arthritis) was detected. I was unaware what it is and completely shocked. I still have problem getting up in morning. And complete my daily task. What to do? I can't quit my job. Every day it is getting difficult for me and I'm feeling depressed now.

Long back using hilin gm tablet. Feeling vomiting sensation and troubling headache. Not feeling well after this medicine. This tablet will cause dizziness also.

I have been suffering from ankylosing spondilytis since 7-8 years and it is diagnosed around twenty years ago. Now I have been given option of taking injection Infliximab 400 mg on frequency of every 2 weeks. Please let me know if the injection will be helpful to me and the disease will get control with this. Hi Had a mri for left thigh and left spine Left Thigh: Intra muscular degloving injury rectus femoris Injury is been painful for last 3 months doc gave few pain killer can I do something for speedy recovery. Left spine: lumbarized s1 vertebra Some one help me recovery fast preferable doctor in hyderabad if require will consult personally.

Is this a fracture on my wrist? Or bone is getting displaced? I have no pain, movement is also same like before.

When i was lifting heavy weight in the gym, after one or two days later, the pain on my lower back started even when i sneeze it hurts too much. Normally when i touch over it there is no any sign of pain but when i get up or lay down during that i feel pain
