Weist fracture

My wrist got Fractured and had 5 weeks plaster followed by reduction treatment. Now since the plaster is removed 2 days back, I am still unable to move my hand and fingers and is having pain. Need the right way to treat

Had an acl sprain 2months ago and dislocated kneecap 1month ago. Doing physio and exercise, still unable extend my knee while sitting and put pressure on it or lift the leg by it. I'm able to walk and stand properly though but can't climb up n down stairs.
