I've strated a fitness class recently and I noticed slight discomfort in one of my knees a few days later. There is some swelling too and I'm unable to put a lot of weight on that leg. Even while folding the leg, it hurts.

Hello From past 2 days there is mild burning in my  left leg. I don't smoke and not take alcohol . Please suggest is there anything serious @s this is second tym same is happening in last six months. It happens and it gets normal . By why it is happening?

My mother aged 57, having knee pain for a couple of years. As per the suggestion from the doctors in practo, I have taken her to an orthopedic doctor. He took an x ray and told that the knee is weak and may need a knee replacement surgery. For time being he suggested physiotherapy and the tablets Retoz MR 4 and pantorich 40. If the pain and swell appears again, then proceed for knee replacement. Is it good to take these tablets? Kindly let me know whether it will reduce the pain? Any side effects? If the pain reduced, after how much time knee replacement surgery required.

HI I have uneven shoulders the right hand is closer to neck and left hand is tight not flexible. I am suffering from shoulder pain and neck pain on both side and along with that numbness/tingling in hands and legs. Sometimes shoulder pain is not there but numbness is there in hands nd legs.. Kindly advise.

My father is suffering with chronic knee pain Is there any treatment for him in physiotherapy or injections like  PRP, BMAC and OZONE therapy. Is there any knee belt or cap for bow legs. He is diabetic. He is using medication for that. His sugar levels are under control.
