Black spots in leg and ankle and.spreading fast towards calf.presently using Msone and Hirudel cream but no effect

My mother feels numbness in her hands and leg. Some times one side of the left portion . In Last December she had an ankle fracture and surgery was done . Almost after 7 months she has gone for physiotherapy , afterwards numbness start and pain from Hip to leg on the left side . If walking then the problem is not too much, but when wake from bed any time then numbness start .

I have pain in my forearm when I try to pinch or grip something hard. The pain increases when I press something hard with the fingers.

I had ruptured my ACL on June 26th and had a rest for 6 weeks and got another MRI done today but but the MRI says the same after 6 weeks of rest. Is a surgery required? Or any other alternative please do let me know thank you I am attaching both the MRI SCANS before and after
