Is it possible to walk with a fracture for four days and the bruising,swelling and pain is reducing??

I have very bad neck pain, not able to move my neck to any of the sides properly, bending down is very painful. There is stiffness in my neck. My shoulder also have pain.

About 6 months ago I got hurt in my neck while doing workout I thought it would go away with time but it didn't Though it doesn't cause much problem but only thing is I feel mild pain when i turn my face upwards I am predict it's a muscle strain What do you think? What would be your advice? Could you suggest medicine or natural methods to cure it? Thank you

Mostly paining in hand joints or shoulders bones.Already completed the vitamin d3 and b12 course but still pain remains it happened sometimes only.

Hi..i am a 30yrs old female. I am facing leg pain when i stand for long periods. 3months back i did my blood tests and it showed vitamin d and b 12 deficiency. now after b12 and vitamin d shots and medicines for 3months the pain have reduced but when i stand for long it pains again. Is it still deficiency? Also any exercises to eliminate this pain?
