Sir my shoulder are uneven what should I do .. Should I do x-ray for it And it seems bend in right hand side

Iam working on a marketing field am traveling daily around 120kms.please suggest any treatment r medicines.

Minor Elbow fracture plaster removed 8 days before but still i m not able to bend my hand completely nor a i can do straight.how much time it will take for me to recover completely.

I twisted my knee and feel on my thumb 3 weeks back while dancing.MRI of the knee showed sprain (sprain pattern with interstitial tear of acl&patella but attachment intact) which is fairly stable now. X-ray on the thumb showed avulsion fracture on the left side of MCP joint.I consulted 2 orthopedists(1 said surgery is required for ucl, other said that stability exists so it'll heal non surgically) .I was able to do flexion extension abduction adduction of the thumb with little pain when the doctor tested my stability(3 weeks back).I was wearing a removable thumb spica strap for 3 weeks. Now the doctor advised me to go for physiotherapy but I still see swelling on MCP and numbness on the tip of thumb. Regarding the avulsion fracture on the left of MCP , do I have a completely displaced fracture or is it a minor fracture??

2 months back while picking shoes I got a jerk in the back and I was not able to move or bend..I went to doctor and then it improved in 3 to 4 days...from last 15 20 days I feel numbness in legs ...pain radiating legs and back pain which is very less..

Suspecting wood/ iron chip hide inside of finger and taken x ray but nothing found. Docter prescribed KENOKART HCQS 200 CYRA D BRUTACEF AZ 500 May i know that these medicines should take?

Having pain and swelling in foot it is pricking pain which is on and off.it is there since 4years Taken many medical advice but no permanent cure .fed up of pain and swelling . FINDINGS: There is straightening of lumbar curvature likely due to muscle spasm. Visualized vertebral bodies are normal in height and marrow signal intensity. Disc desiccative changes are seen at multiple levels in form of loss of T2W hyperintense signal intensity of peripheral part of nucleus pulposus. Mild posterior disc bulges with posterior annular tear are seen at L3-4 and L4-5 levels leading to mild indentation over thecal sac and mild compression over bilateral traversing nerve roots

Frequent swollen feet, legs, ankles. Especially when I sit for long hours in office. Is this serious prob to worry about? Any suggestion how to improve on it.
