Bone & Muscle problems

Right ankle get twist during stepdown from stairs. Swelling come down but not yet recover completely. Pain is there during walking.

I have started gyming from last 1.5 years but still I feel that my right shoulder is weak as whenever I workout for chest or triceps or for shoulder itself, my right shoulder starts getting sour very quickly and starts paining as well due to which I can't workout properly. Sometimes I feel like I don't have strength in my right shoulder. Kindly suggest what to do as it gets sour very early and I can't workout properly.

Getting backbone tail pain while sitting i am facing this problem since 1 month. Is it serious? What this problem is called as? Can it be cured with any exercises?

My legs pain below knee while standing and sitting. Its feel like burning below foot. Both legs heel pain hard, I feel like crying. Neck pain and also shoulder pain. Get little relax when i sleep. Pain radiates some day it pain so much and some days it pain less.

I am getting neck pain from past 4 days in intervals starting from down of the head to below the years. I am confused it is neck pain or ear pain I feel I have heavy head like bag of water and feels spmetime like air is coming out of the year. While I practice yoga it is clear knows for minutes. Pain is radially comes from head to ears and neck. Please suggest me whome. Should I consult how can I get rid of it. My daily work life is disturbed.

Hello sir, I have been going through anti tuberculosis regimen treatment of bone. And it's been 3 months I am taking ATT drug akurit-4/akurit-3 now suddenly for last few weeks I am experiencing shoulder joint,ankle,elbow, wrist pain nd last night there was discomfort of spine as well. What I need to do ?

Got fracture and plaster on 17th sept and after 4 weeks got it off. Then given a brace for 2 weeks..xray are attached plz help wht to do next??? Can i try to walk now for office simply work by sitting infront of computer?
