Back pain, disc slip What to do? Wnt to doctor, suggested exercises and life style changes. I m worried about future. What should I do. Is exercise is the only way?

15 days back fall down from scooter MRI report as Full ACL tear. But I am doing my day to day work and pain is very less please suggest wether i need surgery ..?

My mother (patient) is having minor knee joint pain and is not able to walk comfortably. Doctors have prescribed synvisc-one injection which was applied 3-4 weeks back. Doctors have also recommended sufficient rest from daily work schedule at home. She is still not able to walk freely all the time and having intermittent pain at times near knee joint. Requesting for recommendations, suggestions for any treatments. Enclosed please refer to x-ray film.
