Hey sir i have very high back pain can not lying down some time upper middle lower every where back pain some time can not handle i done ultrasound sends u reports blodd reports also i thik pancreas problem but not showing in ultrasound..help

I was diagnosed with grade 3 LCL tear and marrow edema.. I have pain my knees and swellings on the backside of knee.. my reports attached.. do I require a surgery??

6-7 months back i was suffering from lower back pain it was less not creating any issue. It increased later and had to show doctor, increased later and went for mri. Mri report says Diffuse disc bulge is noted at L4-5 & L5-S1 levels causing indentation over thecal sac with encroachment over bilateral neural foramina. Loss of normal lumbar lordosis – Possibly due to muscle spasm. Pain radiates from lumbar area till lower legs. right and left both. it switches, some times pains in right leg sometine in left but more on right leg.  Can not sit for more then 30 min. Can walk slowly for long time. Curently feeling strech in leg while sitting. Doctors recommended physiotherapy, tried it but result waa not ao good. Pain decreased but till some point but no improvment after that. Doing his recommended exercises but its not working out. Pain is always same its traumatizing me can not work can not travel. My work involves 8-9 hours sitting job Please suggest someting.

I used to walk 8-10 kms daily... will it cause knee problems in future... some collesgues/friends told me that there may be issue with knee collage.... please suggest whether how much kms daily a person should walk for fitness... can i use some medicine for knee collagen

I have neck pain for more than 6 months which is not going away and it mostly occurs when I tilt my face upwards I think I was hurt while doing workout What to do to cure?

Its been more than 10 months since my knee anthroscopy and yet I feel pain in my knee. I cannot feel VMO of my operated knee. Though I did rehabilitation within supervision of best physiotherapists and I hit gym everyday and do legs workout twice a week. Squats Leg-raises Leg-press Leg-curl etc. Still my VMOs are under developed or you can say I cannot literally feel VMO of my operated knee. Because of this my good knee is also started to feel pain and is shrinking in size. What should I do now?

Fracture foot metatarsal bone last 6 months back injury was march 24 take new x ray now please tell me doctor this problem

I feel Dizzy/Light-headed all the time whenever I move my neck back and forth or sideways. Whenever I lie down, I feel heart beats in my head continuously. I do not have headache. My doctor suggested me tablets for inner ear infection but that has not made much difference. The effect is more in the morning and slowly it reduces till night. It does not go away completely. What do you think should I do? Is this something related to strain on spine/neck?

I have been suffering from joint pain in my fingers, palm and toes for the last 5 months. The pain come and goes on its own accord and it is not so hurtful to cause major issues. My result for Crp, rf, anti-ccp, uric acid came back negative. I do not have any morning stiffness either. Doctors gave me NSAIDs but I had to stop it for a while because it caused side effects. Meanwhile, I started to notice to have some lumps on both my wrist, palm and below my pinky toe. Attaching pictures for you to see. The lumps do not cause any pain either. But can anyone help me figure out what this is?
