I undergone arthoscopic shoulder dislocation surgery 3 yrs back , unexpectedly my shoulder got dislocated again today while doing normal stretching ,,but it got reseted normally . Now i dont know what to do and why it happened again after surgery. And what will be the treatment or remedy for not to happen again. Pls suggest what i have to do next ?

Do core shoulder exercises. Scapular and cuff exercises. If stills instability. Get MRI arthrogram. Consult shoulder surgeon. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Shoulder and elbow consultant Chennai.
