I have a very weird kind of pain on the elbow from where the biceps starts. The pain is only felt on touching it. I can't feel any pain on movement. It's only when I put some pressure on it. Should I be worried?

Recently I got checked for vitamin d and the result was saying nearly about 16% which is insufficient , so what supplement is best for me and what time should I take it ? And if you answered that thank you so much

Mri report: L5/S1 Mild broad based disk bluge with central protrusion and mild inferior migration. Can this condition be cured permanently.. And how.. Will the pain again comes back . The disk completely goes back to its normal position?

Hi there! I have been experiencing pain from last 15 days. It seems the pain radiates from hip to leg and nerves seem to be contracting as I feel numbness in lower leg. I am pretty sure this is sciatica. When I wake up in the morning, I feel contracted back as well which goes away by mere two three push-ups. I have been tested for bone marrow test some ten years before. I want to know if this can be treated by mere physiotherapy sessions or do I really need to consult Ortho? The pain seems unbearable sometimes. I tried Ibuprofen maximum of two times to relieve pain. Please suggest me the best thing to do in this phase of hardship Thanks! GOD BLESS

It's been a week I'm on my left feet compression after a fall/ twist, had 3 day plaster n now on ankle band. This happened on 29th aug, the doc said it's soft tissue injury and not fracture n I'm on medicine like t heal and a paracetamol. But the swollen is not gone yet after 10 days it's still painful with some bruising. I'm worried for complications. What should I do, thanks

I have bow legs and today i went for vit d test and i have vit d deficiency as well. If i take vit d supplements will these bow legs cure automatically or with any exercise? Is there any way to correct it without surgery? Pls help
