Shoulder pain related to a nerve
Hi, I rarely lift weights in home and have not been to gym in last 18months! I play badminton and cricket regularly, I developed a shoulder pain at the right arm joint where on particular arm movement I could feel a pinched pain and it doesn't feel like muscle, I suspect the nerve! I couldn't focus on my sports and fitness due to a weak right arm. Can you tell me what might have went wrong and how to resolve this permanently?
