I have got ACL partial tear.
Doctor told no need to go for surgery, but I am facing lot of instability. 3-4 times in last 1week I felt like falling due to knee unstability.
Can this issue be solved with physiotherapy or I should go for surgery???
Will the PRP injection help here???

Irrespective of the MRI findings, Cruciate ligament instability is an indication for surgery.
I am afraid physiotherapy and PRP will not work in your particular case.
