Sciatica L4-L5-S1
I am suffering from lower back pain. It's been a month now I am on bed rest. Still the pan is not reduced. Slight radiation towards leg still there is numbness in my right foot. Please guide

One month bed rest is too long. You should have started back strengthening exercises about 20 days ago. Excessive rest aggravates pain.
Next Steps
Consult an orthopedic surgeon who will look for signs of nerve compression and decide future course of action.
