Bone & Muscle problems

From last one and a half years suffering from upperback pain and discomfort. While  bending my neck backwards my upper back muscles hurt  . Sometimes it goes away suddenly for 5 to 10 days  without any medication . Consult many orthos but all in vain . Dr's prescribed me pregabalin, flexabenz, tramadol, zerodol mr but these medicines didn't work. Recently many days back got my vitd3 and b12 tests done. Which shows vitamin d3 level is 18.5 and b12 128. Since then I'm on medication related to d3 and b12. But my condition remains same. MRI SCAN IS ATTACHED. (CHEST XRAY IS NORMAL) (MUSKOSKELTAL USG IS NORMAL)

I want to study but I can't study but I have to worry tell me any medicine I want to improve myself ok

I have occasional neck pain 15 days once which is severe and throbbing at the back of the head relieved by taking paracetamol and does not continue for another day.. I found yesterday that neck pain is triggered by forward bending position.. is this due to muscle or nerve originated

My mri findings are Tear in antro-inferior labrum without bony defect so Soft bankart lesion. Engaging Off-track Hill-Sach defect. My doctor asked me to went through arthroscopic bankart and hill Sach repair should my shoulder dislocate again after surgery

I got injury on left knee got hit by car Done immobilization for 6weeks as recommended by my doctor Just got MRI today need help and guidance for the findings

Can this tendon rupture be cured without surgery? X-ray is normal and didn't show any sign of injury. However, the MRI scan shows that I have tendon ruptures and radiologist suggested to take surgery. Attaching the MRI scan report. is there any other way that this injury can be treated apart from surgery? coz am financially low to undergo surgery at the moment. What happens if I don't take surgery on this?

Is tear of d2,d3 treatable without surgery...i had whiplash injury dye to sudden break in car...is it perfectly treable without surgery...i'm facing mild pain.

(On medication from 20 days). Please help me out I'm in distress.

I had 5th mt base fracture due to foot inversion while playing cricket on 1st Feb. Xrays of right foot were taken on 1st Feb immediately after injury.Hereby we have attached photos of the same. For the first five days normal plaster was there. And after that i am having fibrecast plaster applied on my right leg. I was given suggestion to start limited weight bearing from 20th feb with cast shoe. And doctor advised to take plaster out on 6th March. Please advise from first xrays after injury that if there is any crack or fracture visible. Because there is no pain as of now in fibrecast. I am little confused if i am having fracture or not.
