I have severe tigh muscle injury
Hi sir /Madam I have tigh muscle injury while playing cricket collided with fellow teammates knee...and some parts of my upper knee is swollen and tigh area is swelling... Since 5 days... I consulted doctor doctor told my muscle injury and blood clot... Advised me ice pack, thrombophob gel it's been 5 days not able to bend my knee properly due to pain in the tigh area my knee area doesn't have any injury or collision why my upper knee area has swelling.. And should I apply hot water pack or towel or combination of hota water pack and ice pack to reduce swelling and.. Completely recover for muscle injury please help me to recover me fast as soon as possible
