I have little symptoms of osteoarthritis. I do walking 3km daily . But recently had been on a trip where I did a little bit of trek ie 700 steps up n down to see the beautiful place . 2 days I had no problem but developed pain round the knee thereafter and little pain also there. I do hot n cold pack . What do you suggest . I can bend my knee with little discomfort

My knee had swelled in 2023 due to uric acid further treatment it is all right but lightly knee stiffness present at this time and also knee sound coming after some activity in which whole body weight gone on my knee. I have no pain in knee .what is treatment of this?

So it usually starts in morning when I take first steps. It sometimes eases when I walk more. I thought it was Achilles tendon and started exercising the tendon slightly but the pain is not going away. It is happening since last two years now. I even tried morning walks for a couple of months but still the pain is constant and eases as you walk during the day.

I consulted all the specialities for the pain that I have in parasternal region due to presence of sternalis muscle. Recently I consulted thoracic surgeon and he strongly denied for the surgery because the pain might still persist even after surgery. He referred me to pain management experts.They have suggested me for nerve blocks for the sternalis pain under my breast. Are there any side effects of nerve blocks ?
