Bone & Muscle problems

Aching legs & aching back when standing even for some time! Now the pain is started in lower left arm! Fatigue all the time! Knee osteoarthritis in the initial stage! I also have high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, schizophrenia & left undescended testis operated & removed long ago!

Sir please identify is there any bone broken or not as doctor said to do operation. X ray attached . Please suggest

I fell from stairs and have landed on the lower buttocks area there was a little sound and then got pain in lover back region near to the buttocks. i am not able to sit for longer duration or bend at front. these all moments involve pain in the lower region. should i get an x ray done?

My mother suffered pain in her right hand.. Continue Pain in Right hand shoulder joint always..and also in right hand elbow, arm, fore arm, and wrist also.. Muscular pain in her entire arm...on a good note or positive note she doesn't feel any type of chest pain, shortness of breath and and right arm muscles weakness and no pain in left arm.... I have joint pain in my knees since 2 years. I went through an x ray and came to know that I have narrowed gap between knees . Can it be cured or only stop it here. There is no good of taking pills. I went through physiotherapy. But it is again bothering me.
