What you are describing is Sciatica which needs thorough spinal and neurological examination by an orthopedic Surgeon. So kindly visit one. You will need an Xray and MRI of the LS spine. These reports will tell you if its surgical or can be managed with medicines or injections.

Symptoms are suggestive of Sciatica. This may occur due to compression of nerve roots.
Next Steps
Detailed History and Clinical examination is required to reach a definitive diagnosis. May require X-Ray Lumbosacral Spine AP and Lateral(flexion and extension) and MRI LS spine with whole spine screening(3 Tesla). Timely diagnosis can prevent worsening of the condition. Consultant nearest Orthopaedician or book online consultation with Dr Omkar J. S Ortho Clinic.

Rest, Hot fomentation can give temporary relief. Avoid strenuous activities, lifting heavy weights and bending forward.
