Bone & Muscle problems

I'm suffering from stiffness and pain in my left hand Thumb. I can feel the sound coming from that region of locking. This has been happening since Nov 2024. The 1st doctor said it's due to trigger the thumb. The 2nd doctor said it is due to swelling in tendons. The 3rd doctor said inquiry occurred to the twisting. Now it's Feb. 2025 & pain is still the same. Yes I put my hand in warm water to relieve pain. And I haven't  been doing any heavy lifting work since then but the relief is temporary. Now the 3rd one has said it is due to increased bone.

Hi...my self saloni , im suffering from injury in my  right ankles ligament tear with hemotoma. It been 5 month but my swelling was nhi cure I'm following all the procedure give my doctor (Price) treatment but swelling was still their my up  down movement of ankle is only  70% working. I just want to know how much time it take to heal ligament. And what I do ?? Should I do icing regularly or not ??

Had endoscopic spine surgery 8 month ago radiating pain resolved left leg and back pain also resolved but stiffness still in back region especially when I wake up Huge stiffness in back or in right leg butt area has more stiffness Why it is happening?

15 days ago i have a ligament injury in my hand. After seeing a doctor he prescribed me Ligashot tablet twice a day and t3lc once a day. But after taken med i have some sideeffects like specially headche,fatigue,dizziness,rash etc.why have i headche after taken the meds??

D3 deficiency, 14ng/ml, along with serve maximum backpain (lower back to flank area) take 60k tab weekly alongwith calcium tab daily , back pain not cure.

I have joint pain in right side of neck due to sudden stretch . It has come In MRI report pain continue to shoulder and thumb too

Sir, Iam confusion on my x ray Iam have any knee osteoarthritis or early stage Iam doing Daily knee strengthening exercises morning 15mins and night 15 mins . Iam doing below activities On my job Staircase climbing daily 2 floors. 2 to 3 building Walking in site almost 5000steps Standing morning 1.5 hour Afternoon 1.5 hour standing. Having knee pain Iam doing exercises Any further knee will be damage. Please tell me sir.

Hi..my father is suffering from severe cervical spondylosis from c2 to c7..she gets vertigo attacks like vomiting head spininng balance for sometime especialy if the nerve is pressed in a particular direction and severe migrane also since adulthood..is it because of cervical ..or should we consult a neurologist..

I have Mild right  shoulder pain  for more than a year and doctors tried  to improve the condition by giving suppliments to heal. Since the condition did not improve i was asked to take shoulder MRI After reviewing my MRI report, I have been asked to do PRP by an orthopedic doctor on my  Right shoulder, since the report says that I have mild tears/thinking on Rotator cuff tendons, Labrum,Anterior band of IGL,Biceps tendon and Sub deltoid bursa . The same was confirmed by another orthopedic Doctor. But I could find a huge difference in PRP Treatment cost amongst hospitals I enquired about. May I know what could be the reason for this cost difference?
