My Age is 29. One month before i have met with an accident and my ankle got injured but after 3day home care like using Moov cream my pain was gone .. from last week i felt very minor pain in ankle area ..X-ray report is attached. As per report i have fracture in medial malleolus. How can it treated ..does operation required or it can heal with plaster?..pls help

Hi, 12 year ago I got line fracture but due to lack of info I have used plaster after 1 week for 45 days and due to that after 4 year sometimes while jogging I felt pain and 1 day my leg get warm and I got 104° fever, doctor told due to not proper heal of old injury in leg body pressure went on cartilage and it got damaged and infected, now after 12 year movement of my leg is very less and I feel so much pain sometimes unable to stand. Is this issue is curable without operation.

The xray showing fracture line at mid shaft of little toe . ( both are attached report and images of xray) is plaster mandatory? Or just dressing will help its been 3 days my father taking enzictra ds there is alot of swelling and no reduction in pain. Should we get him plaster? Some ayurvedic docotor told him to put whole weight on foot and walking properly will help, is this right? Please help . I'll be very grateful

4 month ago I was feeling pain in my lower back and tailbone bone area then in November 2024 when my pain got severe I went to the hospital to visit orthopedic, the doctor asked me to get the MRI done for Spine and in the MRI disc herniation was found in all 3 section lumbar, thoracic and cervical, then doctor puts me on medication and physiotherapy And now after 2.5 months there is some relief in pain, you can on scale if earlier it was 10 but now it's 4, All medications have been stopped now, only physiotherapy on alternate days and some exercises are going..  but still whenever I do some activities which involve small bending to downside or some small work on laptop by sitting for only 30 min - 1 hr  my pain gets started at lower back near sacrum joint and it feels like feverish for the whole day.. Could you please tell me what's the timeline in this, how much time it will take for complete recovery, because now I am start losing my patience as not able to live a normal life.

Today I experience sudden onset of pain swelling and tenderness below my right hand thumb and the palm area . Then I applied crepe bandage which gave me relief in this pain and swelling.. Why should I do.. There is no recent history of any injury right now.

A fracture of the anterior wall, posterior wall, and roof of the left acetabulum, along with the adjacent part of the left iliac bone, is noted. A fracture of the left superior and inferior pubic rami is noted. The rest of the visualized pelvic bones, lumbar sacral vertebrae, sacrum, and the visualized femoral head and neck show normal cortical outlines and trabecular patterns. Bilateral hip joint spaces are normal and symmetrical. The articular surfaces are smooth and congruent. There is no evidence of joint effusion. Both sacroiliac (SI) joints appear normal. The articular surfaces are smooth and congruent. There is no evidence of subchondral erosions, sclerosis, or joint irregularity. Surrounding muscle bundles and fascial planes appear normal.

If injury ligament presist 1.4 yrs due to repeated injury on it without any pain from starting. It can be further recover from here .

My daughters neck is paining a lot have tried putting volini gel but nothing worked out she's just 15 and is very unbearable to sit and she has headache due to his...what is the solution?
