Hi doctors, I got my knee twisted at beach almost 18 days back.Xray was normal , today mri was done and I have attached the same.Long knee brace is being used.Swelling is reduced but problem in walking. Do I require surgery or can it be cured without surgery,I am little afraid of surgery.Please guide

Hello Health Experts, I have got neck pain during Gym multiple times and this time it was more painful..The pain get elevated mostly at night after sleeping... The 3 days phisio didnt help to cure the pain completely but some how it is shifted to only one side now.. I have consulted ortho doctor and did a xray and he said there is a disc degeneration... But i am concerned about how intensive it is and how long needed the pain to go and start exercises... I m putting the xray image below and expect valuable suggestions...

There's pain and swelling in my right little toe.. The bone is swollen and i feel pain while walking. Not able to bear weight on right leg due to that pain. The pain is in the bone and looks like the bone is swollen.. I didn't get any injury it suddenly got swollen and started paining. My vit d levels are 4.3 and calcium level is 8.6. I am attaching the photo of my foot with swollen little toe....

I am feeling strong vibrations on my mid back towards right side and these are felt very frequently like once every 15 minutes. They disappear in few seconds ans appear again. Is this muscular or nerve related ?

Excessive work out in the gym lead to back pain it stings while moving can't sit properly, experiencing this on both left and right sides
