I am not able to rotate ankle due to fracture 5 years back. Too much of pain after excessive walking.

Movements may have been reduced due to tissue damage becoz of trauma 4 urs back and degeneration.

Get examined for ROM at ankle and subtalar joint. Also better would be to get an xray ankle mortise view,as it will better show the ankle joint condition.

U might be suffering from Avascular necrosis of talus or subtalar joint arthritis. Both of which are treatable.
