Bone & Muscle problems

I'm having moderate back pain from yesterday. Can it be reduced by wearing a belt? Please guide. Iam working in a bank.

I am suffering from left side back pain since 2 days, I have a x ray of Ls Spine X ray so please check is it normal or not.

For the past month, I have started experiencing unusual pains in the legs. I don't know if it's muscular or neurological. I get my tests done and elevated uric acid came up( 7.6 units). So I thought maybe it is happening because of it but I had no inflammation or joint pains. I still took medicine for it. The pain has gone down now but sometimes it comes up. The most affected area is thigh region ( not in the front region) just behind and side of the legs. The pain usually is in the region below the buttocks. I don't know why it's happening. Please guide.
