Bone & Muscle problems

I had twisted my left ankle before about 1 month. I don't have any pain in my ankle but my left ankle is swelling up every single day.I have to seat for 8 hrs in office and I have to walk to office and my ankle get swollen. Please guide me what to do. Attaching images.

I recently got ankle sprain ... it has been 1 week i got sprain... i am applying ice pack daily nd wearing ankle brace... but there is still swelling and little pain in my ankle... should i continue taking tendocare forte tablet ?? how will the swelling reduce completely??
