I had an fracture in my wrist and due to plaster I face an skin red dots and itching in the area where plaster was made what to do ?

While working out at gym and at home due to rigorous exertion there was initially numbness in my knee slowly it turned into pain.moving my knee to certain angle caused sharp unbearable pain. I gave it a month to heal ...the pain was off and on. One day I went on a walk and this time pain was unbearable and severe..now it has hampered my mobility I'm struggling to walk , sit and sleep due to excessive pain.

I have a tail bone pain from last 6 months, i am consulting so many orthopedic doctors, x- ray is normal, but still pain is continue, also using donut pillo... Last option can i try chiropractic treatment? Is chiropractic treate ment is good or not Please suggest me respected sir's

I removed tibia rod in leg before 45days can I walk now without any support like Walker stick etc...

Hi. I had scatica pain during my pregnancyand the pain still continues after delivery also. I had csection delivery on 5th December 2024. After delivery slowly my scatica pain got more and unable to walk or sleep comfortably. I visited a chiropractor after 9 weeks of my c section. He dis body adjustment and it relived pain to some extent. I am worried if that adjustment would affect my c-section healing. After adjustment I got periods in 2 days. I AM WORRIED if that adjustment has affected the c section surgery.

I went ortho specialist doctor have 5 years experience for my tenis elbow issue.Doctor checked my hands for exact pain after that in under side neck put some pressure for 2 minutes  and asked for pain I told yes ,From last two days pain in neck is any muscle cramp happened ?
