Swelling in left soldier
My son has swelling in left soldier. We did x ray and MRI. No pain but we notice it is increased.Give me a suggestion what will we do?

Its benign bony growth - association with pain or sudden increase in size will warrants it's removal.till then observation with regular examination is required

It’s an exostosis (osteochondroma )arising from proximal humerus .if it’s small size clinically not causing any symptoms then no need to worry ..if it’s giving u pain or any compressive symptoms ..need to remove it surgically ..we can wait till 2 more years so that growth completes at proximal humerus .
