Xray shows decreased cervical spine lordosis(normal forward curve).     It is suggestive of paraspinal muscle spasm, which is a very common problem.    All you need to do for it is apply hot fomentation in the area of pain and around neck muscles for 2-3 times in a day, have rest, avoid lifting heavy weights for a few days.If want faster relief, you can add Tab. Zerodol TH twice a day for 3 days.
