I have heel pain when walking and I feel pins and needles sensation in body and sudden pain that comes and goes for few secs in muscle in full body. My vitamin d level is 26.vitamin b12 is 323. I had previously taken vitamin d 60000 IU for 8 weeks once a week from Nov to Jan. can I start my vitamin d course again with 3 months break.
