Basically means that some blood vessels in your femur n tibia bone near knee joint supplying nutrients to the said bone are blocked and blood supply is reduced. Mucous degeneration is basically weakening of your meniscus making it susceptible to worse injuries in future. Management basically is conservative at this stage; Use knee caps while walking / workouts Avoid over exerting in workouts Avoid smoking or drinking alcohol. Take tab cartigen along with vit c (tab limcee 500) Once a day Add a pain killer if pain is unbearable only
