Pain in lower back, both hips and knees
I am suffering from pain in my lower back, both hips and in both knees. This pain arises when I make movement or give any pressure on the kees, hips and lower back. When I lay after sitting or sit after laying I feel pain in my lower back and hips.I also feel pain in both knees when I try to stand and walk. Without movement I do not feel pain in my lower back, hips and knees. I have been suffering from this problem for the last 2 years. I have taken so many homeo medicines like bryonia, guaiacom, rus tox, arnica montana, ledam pal etc. and many homeo pain drops, but no relief at all til now. I am physically handicapped and suffering from cerebral palsy by birth.

Your symptoms are likely a combination of issues related to both your cerebral palsy and the chronic pain affecting your lower back, hips, and knees. The pain you're experiencing during movement or pressure suggests possible joint involvement. Since you've not found relief with homeopathic treatments, I recommend seeing an orthopedic specialist.

Health Tips
Avoid sitting or lying in the same position for too long. Use soft cushioning or orthopedic pillows for hips and knees. Use chairs with armrests to help with getting up more easily. Use a walker, cane, or walking aid if balance is poor. Install grab bars in the bathroom and near bed for support. Wear non-slip shoes indoors to prevent falls. Apply warm compresses to hips, knees, and back (15–20 min twice daily). Gentle stretching and light range-of-motion exercises daily. Physiotherapy under supervision to avoid overexertion. Sleep on a firm mattress.
