Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever I change my knee from full straight position to bend , like while walking down stairs or while just sleeping it makes popping sound above knee cap... There is no pain but it makes me uncomfortable. No swelling. When I wrap something above the knee level it doesn't make sound. It all started after I overused while running on my house terrace. I used to run for an hour in small area of my terrace.

My mother suffering from wrist pain and swelling for now more than 6-7 months. It started suddenly. She has continuous pain and swelling in wrist and hence, finding difficulty in daily work. Even simple things like lifting things is now painful to do. Sometimes she has tingling sensation in wrist too.. We are using bandage wrap now, it feels better for some time but again pain and swelling continues. Please advise why this is suddenly started and remedy for this.

Normally pain starts on right hand side from shoulder to the feet more towards lower part of the body not able to move for some time

I got accident on 23 Sep 20 while riding a bike. Got injuries in right hand. Wounds heeled now but there is restriction of movement of right shoulder in all axis.

Since Long time 2 years plus i am having back pain...i used pysioteraphy and ayurveda kattu basthi... Bit relaief was there.. But now again i am getting leg pain if i walk for a while or sit for long time getting numbness in my right leg and pain...

Hi I am suffering wid chronic pain of rheumatoid arthritis (SLE) an autoimmune disease,have painful nods in fingers elbows knees n foot palm too..am taking hcqs 200 once a day nd a breastfeeding mother,also have notice when my this pain flares up ,bronchitis also start worsen with coughing.i rarely get those butterfly rashes but my face gets red max of the times.kindly suggest some steroid free safe treatment

Hello Dr. I m having swelling n pain in left side shoulder since last 8 days.. I do excercise regularly..Especially swelling is on trapezius muscle and pain is also in left side of neck and m feeling neck stiffness.I went to Dr. He prescribed Tab. Hifenac Th and tab. Defcort 6 for twice a day for 3 days.. Pain reduced little bit but swelling is still there... So i went to Dr....last evening again..He gave tab Dicnez sp and tab. Defcort 6 for 3 days.. So plz suggest me what should I do to reduce swelling..

Diagnosed with scoliosis. Suffering from severe back pain, pain at cervical region, ribs and sometimes associated with sciatic pain. Apart from surgery is there any other treatment for scoliosis? Consulted an ortho doctor and got medicines of around 8 per day,  LS belt and neck collar. Using for last week and found no improvement. Does it show result on long term usage?

I am suffering from neck pain since July 2020. Consulted ortho doc & physiotherapist both. X ray also taken. After 4 month taking pain killers, doing all physio exercises I am unable to get rid of this pain. Morning time I feel ok but as the day passes pain increases. I feel pain in my nerves while stretching. In rest position there is nothing, as I strech my head I feel stiffness of nerves. Pll 🙏help No other symptoms like headache, fever shoulder pain or back pain.
