I was having persistent lower back pain and got diagnosed with Vit D3 level of 14 and B12 level of 176. I'm taking both supplements. How long will it take to recover completely?

I'm having fracture in base of 5th Metatarsal of left leg. How much time does it take to heal? I'm already having a cast on it.

Swollen knee for over 2 years. The nerves at the back pain a lot while stretching. Doctors suggest that it's accumulation of fluid, and all the tests (including MRI) revealed nothing substantial. Continued physiotherapy for 6 months, but to no avail. Considering Ayurveda now as the last resort. Not sure what the problem is.

Every three or four months, I have this painful feeling on my butt at coccyx, it swells and feels painful while touching. This issue is there from past many years... It resolves by itself.

I have a pain in the middle of my chest, it's where the ribs touch each other. Feels like the ribs will slip from its socket and puncture my heart/organs. Pain is along the right hand side of the center of the chest. Area feels tender and pain is there everyday from amongst 2 months. Sometimes there is also a cracking sound similar to cracking knuckles.

My uncle had hair line fracture in near pelvis. As per Xray report, fracture is 50% recovered and around 60% is pending. But,there is a huge swelling in his left leg(lower) and minor pain near pelvis(where there was hair line fracture ). So we did the Doppler Test and attached is the Report. Please suggest.

This is regarding My mother who is of age 52. Basically it started 6 years ago, due to some form of sciatica she used to get severe leg pain just after standing for 2 minutes which forced her to return to bed . It was quite disabling. There was strong compression on the nerve and injections in the back didn't help. Finally she was operated and broken disc pieces were removed during surgery. This solved the original problem of pain in leg but after surgery till date she suffers from cramps in that leg every night. It has been so many years now..is it that nerve permanently got damaged due to compression? What can be done to help it. Can it be restored to normal or only symptomatic management possible.

My mother's feet are always swollen and can see the veins all around. Also, recently she's experiencing pain in her palm which is moving up in the arm. She was diagnosed with osteoporosis long time ago. Her calf and feet is my main concern. Please suggest what category this comes in and what should I look for in a doctor.

I want to know that my daughter have some problem in her leg.suddenly pain started in her leg maximum during evening or night time and after few minutes its become normal.but during that time alot of pain arises in her leg bcz she cry very badly at that time. Pls suggest... Thank you Alok singh
