Bone & Muscle problems

I m having pain on my left wrist , able to rotate wrist but while holding any object or using keyboard it pains a lot it pains below the below the palm . Should I use wrist pad ?

I am having pain as above for which Working with right hand is becoming difficult.It was there and aggravated further when I had to pull one  jammed collapsible gate for a few days.Now no constant pain but doing something with that hand gives substantial pain to the elbow...innerside...as shown in photograph...Thanks

I have continue back pain for last 1 year, now it has increased from yesterday.I am unable to understand it is a muscle pain or bone's pain. At the time of exercise it increases. Last year I consulted a doctor he gave me calcerol and some vitamin D capsules and some other tablets after checking my back's x-ray, but it didn't help. Please suggest what to do.

My sister having lower back pain since 1 day...when she move from one particular position then she will  experience sever lower back pain..no other symptoms present

I woke up with an elbow pain which hurts when I try to move my forearm up and down. It started yesterday and reduced quite a bit today until I accidentally jerked it and now it pains a lot.
