Hello, On Thursday I had a surgery on my ankle as it was fractured, but I want to know how lon will it take for me to resume the normal work? Can you approximately tell me after how many days can I start putting pressure to start walking again?

Sir/ma'am, My self ajeet singh(student)age 26 .in my right shoulder there is pain since last 1 and half year which I ignored and sometimes I bear the pain but nowadays it's getting severe. A month ago I have consulted with  an orthologist he suggest me for blood test and x ray and the result is perfect. He said there are two types of arthritis one is positive which we can see in blood reports but when when blood report is normal and pain is there in your shoulder then it's may be a symbol of negative arthritis. He prescribed me for some medicines for 20 days today I have completed my 20days medication after this my pain is as it is even bad . Today I reach to the dr. Cabin then he gives me two options first is Asteroid injection whose cost us just 100rs and infecting charge is 1000 that is shocking by the way and second option is MRI cost 8000. As Dr. Suggested I am ready for injection he injected the steroid injection in my shoulder. Whole day my pulse is not normal and shoulder pain.

I m female with 61 yrs and have rheumatoid arthritis. What should be the ideal diet plan? I am pure vegetarian following jain diet. What foods to include daily to reduce its progression. Apart from diet what daily activities should be done and should be avoided.

I have bad posture I always sleep in the pillow beyond my neck I have neck pain some timesor rare can it is a spondylitis ??

Pain in waist, waist portion to knee portion of left leg is internally shivering and knee get automatically bended while walking slightly fast . That's why Mom fell down 3times in last 3-4 days. Right leg is totally fine...Only left leg is disturbing. Don't get balence in left leg.
