Hello sir I feel low sensation in my left body and whenever I start walking after,10 minutes my knee start paining and my left hand thumb  and heavy pain from back side of head to  back  shoulder and also not able to bend or popping thumbs. In my legs finger always sticky with each other. Currently I am taking tb medication from 4  months.. all things in only left side so can you please suggest which doctor I need to consult. I have the above condition ever since I had panic attack (I was having anxiety issues which is sorted now) and rigorous workout very next day. For temporary relief I use diclofenac gel. But then due to poor posture again it pain reappears. This is happening since 3 months.

I had vit d around 3.9 ng/ml in may. Then doc prescribed injection (for 5 weeks) and calcium tablet (for 30days). After taking that I did blood test in july and vit d was 133. Too high. So I stopped the supplements and at present I'm not taking any supplements except curd and milk. No sun exposure due to cloudy weather these days. From past 1 week I have started getting knee pain and mild thigh and calf pain. I got this white horizontal line on my nail. Has my vit d level decreased to low level?? Can calcium deficiency cause knee pain and thigh pain?? Pls help . Should I start taking uprise d3 sachet???

Sir i m serve in Indian army last 16 years sir i m fit but last month in my unit physical test conducted that time i hold vertical rope for hanging that time i m feel mild pain on my rt elbow when i want to hold any heavy things that time some pain is started and press on tennis bone i feel pain sir pls give advice
