Bone & Muscle problems

I undergone the MRI for my Right leg knee. Please find attached report. I had this problem 9 years back while playing football, after this injury I took 3 months rest and never went back to play and didn't went under any treatment. In past 9 years sometimes I do have some twisting issue in this right knee, but it automatically gets healed in some hour or day. But 4 weeks back my knee got twist 2 times in gap of 5mins and I undergone the MRI for this time. Till now there is some swelling is there. Please find my attached reports of MRI and please let me know what should I do, will it get okay by doing certain exercises or something else. Dur to covid I didn't went to see any doctor for this.

Had surgery with screws and k wires.. how long it takes to heal.. how much he can get back to normal.

I get foot pain whenever i walk or jog a longer time. The pain reduces once i give it a rest. The pain is near the heel and arch curve of the foot. Please suggest.

Kindly check it . Is this flat foot ? I have to go for defense medical test so i want to know that . So kindly say me ,Is this flat foot ?

My right ankle has a swelling and paining too. There were a layer of calcium deposits seen in x ray 4 yrs ago. Now i can see a bump from outside on my curved part of ankle behind. Pain increases on doing house works . Am at home , not employed so no sedentary work.

I am having pain in right side and center of my chest.I am washing utensils for last 6 months and i think its increasing because of that.i dont have any other problem like sweating or palpatation or any covid symptoms like fever,loss of smell,taste or shortness of breath.i am having this pain from last 1month and today i am having on my right side of chest towards my right shoulder.Please suggest what to do.I am applying diclofenac ointment .

I had the right knee pain since january i had submit the first report and the latest report of yesterday i want to know about theses reports and what has happened to my knees

Hi it started with neck pain , I consulted doc and he responded physio.it got better with sessions but its been 2 months not completely gone . It's on the right side only . One or 2 days its perfectly fine but than it comes back and now my lower back head and ear also can feel the muscle pull and pain feeling . It's highly uncomfortable. Please suggest what to do .

Yesterday my Road side accident  and i hv  injury in left knee .nd swelling not walking i hv pain .i consult orthopedic Dr ..and do MRI  so plz give proper guidence for wt can i do ... Required surgery or after take rest i will compelete to cure and walking .how much time i take rest.and my field is civil engineer.Plz give proper guidence ...attched MRI Report.

My mother, Sangeeta Mody has been experiencing sharp pain on throughout the back of her left leg. Initial research suggests it might be Sciatica. Is stretching and physio at home enough, or should I consult a doctor? Thank you.
