Height Growth Issue
I am 19, and my height has stopped growing. There is no gain in my height from 4 years. What can I do in order to increase my height? Please help me

It is physiological. Normally height stops increasing by 18 years of age. It usually depends on the time when the growth plate of the long bones fuse with the normal bone.
Next Steps
Nothing much can be done for that. There are some operations which help in  increasing the bone height.. But not usually preferred unless there is some pathology..
